Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You may not use unmaskd. if you are prohibited from receiving services under applicable law.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly tell us about unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. One person may not impersonate another, create deceptive accounts, or use the service to evade a suspension.

3. The service

unmaskd. helps adults meet for friendship, dating, and collaboration. We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, identity, conduct, availability, or any particular outcome. Features may change as the service develops.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give unmaskd. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where retention is reasonably required for backups, safety, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

You must have the right to share your content. Do not upload illegal, infringing, exploitative, or privacy-invasive material.

5. Safety and member conduct

You must follow the Membership Agreement. We may review reports, restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect members, comply with law, or enforce these agreements.

6. Purchases

The current service does not require a paid subscription. If paid features are introduced, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before purchase.

7. Third parties and member interactions

Members are responsible for their own interactions and decisions. Use care before meeting someone, sharing sensitive information, moving conversations off-platform, or sending money. unmaskd. is not responsible for third-party services or transactions between members.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, unmaskd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or relationships arising from use of the service. Applicable consumer-protection law may give you rights beyond this limitation.

10. Ending use

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend or end access for material or repeated violations, safety risks, legal requirements, or misuse of the service. Provisions that logically survive termination remain effective.

11. Changes and contact
