What contributions are — and are not

Contributions are optional and do not purchase access to unmaskd, romantic matching, dating features, visibility, priority placement, messaging access, or any other account benefit. See our Pricing page for the full picture of what is and isn't paid on unmaskd.

Contributions are generally final

Because support contributions are voluntary and are not tied to a specific product or service, contributions are generally final once processed.

Requesting a refund

That said, we will review refund requests made in good faith. You may contact us within 14 days of the payment if:

• the payment was made by mistake,
• the amount was incorrect,
• the payment was duplicated,
• the payment was unauthorized, or
• there is another reasonable issue with the transaction.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
