Community Guidelines

unmaskd. exists because everyone deserves a place where they can be themselves. Protecting that space means protecting both privacy and safety. We respect our members' privacy, but we won't let it be used as a shield for harassment, exploitation, or illegal activity.
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is not allowed on unmaskd. It applies to every account and every interaction on the platform. Our Membership Agreement covers the fuller picture of community expectations and safety guidance; this page is the specific list of prohibited conduct.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use unmaskd to:
- Harass, bully, or threaten another person
- Post or send hate speech, or target anyone based on disability, neurotype, race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or other protected status
- Stalk another person, on or off the platform
- Impersonate another person, organization, or unmaskd itself
- Run scams, fraud, or deceptive schemes of any kind
- Send spam, mass unsolicited messages, or recruitment/marketing solicitations
- Exploit another person, including exploiting a person's disability, support needs, or vulnerability
- Engage in or facilitate sexual exploitation of any person, including minors
- Engage in any illegal activity through the platform
- Sell, buy, rent, or otherwise trade access to unmaskd accounts, profiles, or other users
- Offer or solicit escorting, adult services, or any transactional sexual activity
- Solicit money, gifts, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or other financial support from other members
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with moderation, safety, or reporting systems
- Scrape the platform, automate account activity, or collect user data without authorization
Child safety
unmaskd has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, solicitation of minors, or any sexual or exploitative content involving anyone under 18. Violations result in immediate account termination and are reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.
Enforcement
Violating this policy can lead to content removal, feature restrictions, warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from unmaskd, depending on the severity and pattern of the conduct. Serious violations, including illegal activity, may be referred to law enforcement. See our Law Enforcement Requests page for how we handle those referrals and requests.

If you see behavior that violates this policy, please report it through the in-app reporting tools or contact us directly.
